Service description

We provide diagnostic, repair, maintenance and replacement of components for customer-owned products (“Services”). Any parts/components used in a repair are supplied only as part of the repair service unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Quotes and customer approval

  • After inspection/diagnostics, we may provide a repair quote.
  • We will not proceed with paid repair work without your approval (email/message/online confirmation).
  • If additional issues are discovered during repair, we will request approval before performing extra work.

Pricing and currency

  • All prices are shown in EUR unless stated otherwise.
  • The final price may depend on required parts and complexity. Any diagnostic fee, if applicable, is clearly shown before checkout.

Turnaround and delivery/return of items

  • Estimated turnaround time: typically 2-10 business days after receiving the item and/or your approval and parts availability.
  • If shipping is used, you are responsible for providing correct delivery details. Shipping times depend on the carrier.

Payments and card statement descriptor

Card payments are processed via Wise/its acquiring partners. The payment descriptor on your bank/card statement may show “Wise” and/or our trading name Zilas Sistemas SIA.

Cancellations

  • You may cancel a repair order before we start repair work. If diagnostics have already been performed, the diagnostic fee (if any) may still apply.
  • If parts have been ordered specifically for your repair, we may charge for non-returnable or supplier-restocking costs where permitted by law.

Refunds and returns policy

  • Service not started: if you paid in advance and we have not started work, you can request a refund (minus any completed diagnostics and non-recoverable costs, if applicable).
  • Service completed: once repair service is completed, refunds are generally not available for performed labour, except where required by applicable consumer law or if we fail to provide the service as agreed.
  • Fault related to our repair: if the same fault reoccurs due to our workmanship within 30 days, contact us and we will assess and, where appropriate, repair again at no additional labour cost (parts may be excluded unless stated).
  • Refunds, when approved, are made back to the original payment method.

We process personal data to provide the Services, issue invoices, and handle payments and support. See our Privacy Policy: [link].

Security

We do not store your full card number or sensitive authentication data. Card details are entered and processed securely through our payment provider’s checkout.

Pakalpojuma apraksts

Mēs sniedzam diagnostikas, remonta, apkopes un detaļu/komponentu nomaiņas pakalpojumus klientam piederošām precēm (“Pakalpojumi”). Detaļas/komponenti tiek piegādāti kā remonta pakalpojuma sastāvdaļa, ja vien nav skaidri norādīts citādi.

Piedāvājums un klienta apstiprinājums

  • Pēc apskates/diagnostikas mēs varam sagatavot remonta tāmi.
  • Mēs neveicam apmaksājamu remontu bez jūsu apstiprinājuma (e-pastā/ziņā/tīmekļa apstiprinājumā).
  • Ja remonta laikā tiek konstatētas papildu problēmas, pirms papildu darbu veikšanas mēs lūgsim atsevišķu apstiprinājumu.

Cenas un valūta

  • Visas cenas norādītas EUR, ja vien nav teikts citādi.
  • Galīgā cena var būt atkarīga no nepieciešamajām detaļām un darba sarežģītības. Diagnostikas maksa (ja piemērojama) ir skaidri norādīta pirms apmaksas.

Izpildes termiņi un preces atgriešana/piegāde

  • Paredzamais izpildes termiņš: parasti 2-10 darba dienas pēc preces saņemšanas un/vai jūsu apstiprinājuma un detaļu pieejamības.
  • Ja tiek izmantota piegāde, jūs esat atbildīgs par pareizu piegādes datu norādīšanu. Piegādes laiki ir atkarīgi no pārvadātāja.

Maksājumi un norāde bankas izrakstā

Karšu maksājumus apstrādā Wise un/vai tā piesaistītie partneri. Jūsu bankas/kartes izrakstā maksājums var parādīties kā “Wise” un/vai mūsu tirdzniecības nosaukums ZILĀS SISTĒMAS SIA.

Atcelšana

  • Jūs varat atcelt pasūtījumu pirms remonta darbu uzsākšanas. Ja diagnostika jau veikta, var tikt ieturēta diagnostikas maksa (ja tāda piemērojama).
  • Ja detaļas ir pasūtītas konkrētam remontam, var tikt piemērotas neatgriežamu detaļu vai piegādātāja komisijas izmaksas, ciktāl to pieļauj tiesību akti.

Atmaksas politika

  • Darbi nav uzsākti: ja samaksa veikta avansā un darbi nav uzsākti, iespējama atmaksa (atskaitot veiktas diagnostikas un neatgūstamas izmaksas, ja piemērojams).
  • Darbi pabeigti: pēc remonta pakalpojuma izpildes atlīdzība par paveikto darbu parasti netiek atmaksāta, izņemot gadījumus, kad to paredz patērētāju tiesību akti vai pakalpojums nav sniegts kā solīts.
  • Defekts, kas saistīts ar mūsu remontu: ja identiska problēma atkārtojas mūsu darba dēļ 2-10 dienulaikā, sazinieties ar mums – izvērtēsim un, ja pamatoti, veiksim atkārtotu remontu bez papildu darba izmaksām (detaļas var nebūt iekļautas, ja nav atrunāts citādi).
  • Apstiprinātas atmaksas tiek veiktas uz sākotnējo maksājuma metodi.
